Getting There: Missoula, Montana is along Interstate 90, about 3 hours east of Spokane, Washington. Remember that although Montana has no posted daytime speed limit, the "reasonable and prudent" law applies. Missoula's airport is served by several airlines including Delta, Northwest and Alaska/Horizon. Kalispell and nearby Glacier National Park are approximately 2 hours drive north of Missoula on U.S. 93. |

national bicycle touring company based in Missoula, Montana, organizes cycle tours from
Missoula to many points around North America. They promise the roads will be in better
condition than they were a century ago. Historical Museum at Fort Missoula:
